This exciting opportunity combines both key customer and supplier contract work with a generous helping of procurement activity thrown in. Our ideal person will have a can-do attitude and a desire to say “Why Not” rather than “Why?”

Reporting to the Commercial Contract Manager is responsible for administering a variety of commercial agreements and ensuring compliance of legal terms and conditions by Truphone and its customers and suppliers. The role encompasses checking compliance with contract terms, preparing simple amendment documents, interfacing with the Commercial team to ensure that contracts are being completed on the agreed terms and supporting the senior lawyers in the Legal team as well as handle contract administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of standard customer contracts based on information provided via Salesforce;
  • Checking contract terms against approved transactions;
  • Preparation of simple contracts and contract amendments;
  • Determining early termination provisions;
  • Preparation of simple NDAs;
  • Record keeping of company agreements;
  • Assist in maintaining Company’s internal tracking system of all pending contracts and matters;
  • taking part in variety of project and deliver high quality assistance to the sr. legal team members.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Initial contract administration experience desirable however not essential. Ability to understand commercial contractual agreements and documentation;
  • Excellent English and German language skills (both languages as must);
  • Law Degree (or last year of studies);
  • IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint;
  • A strong attention to detail; exceptional customer relationship skills; able to quickly build and maintain relationships at all levels, both externally and internally;
  • Outstanding communication skills to offer a professional, authoritative and confident service;
  • Ability to work autonomously where required and to handle multiple tasks.
